Please read the following FAQ before you contact me with support questions.

  1. Q – I paid for a product, but I haven’t received my download link yet. Where is it?
    A
     – Please be patient, responses to purchases can take up to 24 hours.
  2. Q – When I try to load a file in Kontakt/Reaktor, I get an error message.
    A – This probably means your version of Kontakt/Reaktor is not up to date. Try updating the program, this will probably fix the issue.
